THE SHOE |
Marqoiusha Brown is an Atlanta native, with a love of
fashion and family. Brown has always had a strong support
system and a close relationship within her family, creating
a very positive environment that allowed her to believe in
her dreams and achieve her goals. The inspiration for Jai B.
Couture began with Brown’s love for fashion, however, the
brand is in honor of a family member who became a true
influence in her past, present, and future.
Brown’s love for fashion began with a few sketches and
prototypes, utilizing an assortment of fabrics and
accessories from her own closet. Today, Brown travels abroad
to ensure the concept, fit, and image of every shoe is
perfected. Jai B Couture is a reflection of her passion for
fashion, as well as her family, and is the product of hard
work, dedication, support and faith. |

"The line was named
after my grandfather, Johnny C. Brown. If I had to describe
him in three words it would be: bold, charismatic, and
witty. He was full of character, leaving a lasting
impression on everyone he knew. His inspiration led me to
this women’s line, allowing this brand to push the envelope
with bold details, charismatic colors and lots of
personality. |
